The Diamond machining of drums for the photocopying industry has been carried out by SMT  for many years. We can also machine Elliptical Mirrors, Cones, Bores, Internal Cones and Irises with accuracies of better than 0.0001 mm T.I.R. 

This supreme accuracy is used in some of the worlds leading C.M.M.'s  where the tightest roundness, straightness and  dimensional tolerances are required.
